Job summary

Print Early Inc. is seeking a Commission Sales Associate for a full-time remote role focused on generating new business for its online printing services.

You will prospect via phone, email, and online channels, present tailored solutions, and guide customers through the online ordering process. You will maintain a CRM pipeline, follow up on pending orders, collaborate with operations to ensure smooth fulfillment, and strive to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets while reporting performance

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills; commission-based or quota-driven roles.
• Customer relationship-building including lead nurturing, follow-up, and account management.
• Comfort with online tools and platforms including CRM, pricing calculators, and order-tracking dashboards.
• Clear and professional communication skills for phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Ability to work remotely with high self-motivation, time management, and organization.
• Basic understanding of printing services or related industries; willingness to learn product details.
• Prior experience in B2B sales or e-commerce is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business/marketing is a plus.
