Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a senior professional to perform commercial appraisal review and related valuation activities to support our commercial real estate valuation function. You will evaluate reports for regulatory compliance, technical adequacy, and credibility while working with appraisers to resolve issues and guide valuation conclusions.

The role involves engagement management, collateral risk oversight, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years experience appraising and/or reviewing various commercial property types as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
• 1+ years experience in real estate collateral valuation and risk management within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform commercial appraisal review and related valuation activities.
• Assess acceptability and reliability of appraisal and valuation products for bank use.
• Collaborate with appraisers to resolve technical valuation issues and ensure credible reports.
• Provide valuation guidance and technical consultation to bank staff.
• Coordinate engagement scope and other valuation support functions to ensure efficient delivery.
