Qualifications

• Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of property title.
• Prepare initial title commitments based on application of procedural guidelines.
• Abstract and analyze records such as leases, liens, judgments, easements, and plot/map books.

Responsibilities

• Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of property title.
• Perform title examination and examine the chain of title for a wide range of orders, primarily commercial/residential.
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation based on guidelines.
