Qualifications

• 2–4 years of CAT experience.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating vendor and technology contracts.
• Ability to draft, interpret and summarize commercial/tech contracts.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with vendor and technology contract arrangements across the business lifecycle.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts including NDAs, licenses and SaaS agreements.
• Research and summarize commercial and technology contracts for client matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver solutions for sophisticated clients across industries.
