Confidential Employer is seeking an experienced attorney for a remote, Washington, DC-based role handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and sales. DC, MD, or VA bar admission is preferred, with flexibility for remote work from the DC area.

The position offers independence, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to contribute to a boutique practice focused on transactional work.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience in leasing, acquisitions, or dispositions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
• Ability to independently handle complex CRE matters.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial real estate transactions involving leasing, acquisitions, and property sales.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related legal documents.
• Guide clients through due diligence, title review, contract negotiations, and closings.
• Advise property owners, investors, and businesses on transactional legal matters.
• Independently manage transactions from initial negotiations through closing.
• Collaborate with clients and other professionals to deliver practical, efficient legal solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and sound legal judgment.
