Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure seeks a Commercial Project Manager in Wendell, NC. This role focuses on the completion of all commercial/financial matters, including accounting, legal, tax, and ECC topics, while ensuring compliance with FRG and GAAP.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management is required or an advanced degree.
• SAP experience and knowledge is required.
• Siemens CPM Certification or PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and financial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with FRG and local GAAP.
• Support the Project Manager to optimize financial results, including gross profit, cash flow, and assets.
• Review contracts and conditions, coordinate legal and ECC considerations with stakeholders.
• Manage risks, contracts and claims following LoA guidelines and company policies.
