Job summary

Ubique Group seeks a data & integration leader to own the business-facing data layer and enterprise reporting environment built on Tableau and Snowflake. You will manage integration channels with SPS Commerce and Boomi, and drive partner onboarding from start to finish.

You will own the BI platform end-to-end, including governance, and coordinate with executives and business leaders without intermediaries. This role has broad impact across Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Ownership of BI platform administration and governance beyond reporting.
• Hands-on EDI experience with retail trading partners and X12 transactions.
• Strong SQL skills to profile data and troubleshoot independently.
• Experience supporting an integration/middleware platform such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Ability to manage external vendor relationships and enforce dates.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards across sales, merchandising, supply chain, and finance.
• Own the SPS Commerce platform and vendor relationship and monitor fulfillment.
• Lead onboarding for new retail partners and 3PL connections.

• Serve as primary intake point for data and reporting requests across departments.

The Opportunity

This role owns the business-facing data and integration layer of The Ubique Group's technology stack: the enterprise reporting environment built on Tableau and Snowflake, and the integration channels connecting Ubique to its retail trading partners and logistics providers through SPS Commerce and Boomi.

This is a role with unusual reach for its level: platform ownership, direct vendor accountability, and delivery responsibility, working with business leaders without an intermediary.

What You'll Do

• Own Tableau Cloud end-to-end: administration, governance, extract scheduling, and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards spanning sales, merchandising, supply chain, and finance.
• Own the SPS Commerce platform and vendor relationship: fulfillment monitoring, document flows, AS2 routing, exception resolution.
• Lead onboarding for new retail trading partners and 3PL connections, start to finish.
• Administer Boomi integrations connecting the ERP, warehouse management system, Snowflake, and partner endpoints.
• Act as the primary intake point for data and reporting requests across Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Service.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in business systems analysis, business intelligence, or data/integration roles (distribution, wholesale, e-commerce, or manufacturing preferred).
• Demonstrated ownership of a BI platform, including administration, not just report authoring; Tableau strongly preferred.
• Hands-on EDI experience with retail trading partners, including common X12 transaction sets.
• Strong SQL skills; able to profile data and troubleshoot independently.
• Experience supporting an integration/middleware platform such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Comfort owning external vendor relationships and holding partners accountable to committed dates.
