Oculus Group is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to handle business, real estate, ownership, and insurance coverage disputes. The role offers fully remote work or an office path in Bethesda, MD, with limited travel and a base salary plus performance bonus.

You will gain hands-on experience with motions, discovery, depositions, trials, and arbitrations depending on experience, with direct partner mentorship in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of substantive commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Minimum 3.2 law school GPA.
• Admission to a U.S. state bar; Maryland or New York preferred.
• Deposition experience is a plus; real estate litigation experience is not required.

Responsibilities
