Job summary

The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC seeks a dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to service mid-to-large commercial construction accounts, focusing on the New York and New Jersey markets. This is a remote opportunity emphasizing responsive client service and collaboration.

Provide prompt, accurate service, prepare submissions, and maintain documentation in Epic while supporting growth and ensuring policy accuracy and compliance. Construction insurance knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance and related products.
• Knowledge of construction in New York and New Jersey is a huge plus.
• Experience with EPIC or similar agency management system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for mid-size to large commercial construction lines accounts.
• Prepare submissions for new/renewal business and market as appropriate.
• Prepare change requests and review audits and policies for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain new account files in Epic per procedures.
• Invoice agency bill transactions within 48 hours and collect premiums.
• Review renewals with the producer at least 120 days prior to expiration.
• Process cancellations and respond to notices per procedures.
• Provide client requests (ID cards, certificates, binders) and deliver policies as needed.
• Negotiate and interpret coverage with clients; advise on additional coverage.
