Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Client Executive to manage and grow a habitational book of business, focusing on middle-market accounts and delivering exceptional client service.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office; candidates should hold an active P&C license and be proficient with EPIC, with a proven track record in cross-selling and client retention. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 3–5 years of habitational insurance experience in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with EPIC software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued between $3.5M and $5M in premium, focused on habitational accounts.
• Conduct renewals and new business with ~80% renewals and 20% new.
• Provide exceptional client service to maintain high retention rates.
• Collaborate with team to cross-sell and identify new opportunities.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
• Participate in team activities and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
