Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage our commercial insurance clients' needs. The role requires handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, utilizing excellent customer service skills, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Note: A FL 2-20 license is required; experience with Condos/Habitational/HOAs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team for seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Review and analyze clients' existing insurance coverage and recommend improvements.
• Oversee renewal processes, prepare proposals, and negotiate with carriers.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Work with underwriters and adjusters on claims and risk management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Insurance designations such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU are preferred.
