Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines to provide admin and client support within a fast-paced team, working under an Account Manager, AE, or Producer.

The role emphasizes processing renewals, policy administration, billing, and service requests while maintaining data accuracy in agency systems; a P&C license and PT hours are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Resolve moderately complex customer service issues with minimal direction.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Prepare submissions, gather underwriting information, and analyze loss runs.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on delinquent balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate status and issues with the team regularly.
• Support day-to-day workflows and ensure timely task completion.
• Champion IOA values with integrity and leadership.
