Responsibilities

• Actively pipeline accounts in the territory and work with leadership to grow appetite.
• Strategically engage partner agents to drive revenue from key accounts.
• Support renewal underwriters in the territory with renewal and service engagement.
• Manage the claims and loss control service at the point of sale and guide the first-year process.
• Engage with field representatives to set annual sales objectives with agents.
• Understand the agency planning process and impact of contingency/supplemental commissions.
• Drive top and bottom-line results within the territory.
