Job summary

FNIC Trusted insurance advisors is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on servicing a dynamic commercial book, building trusted client partnerships, and collaborating with producers and carriers to deliver long-term value.

You will independently manage day-to-day service for accounts, support service plans for key clients, prepare proposals, issue certificates, and ensure timely invoicing while maintaining compliance and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Active Resident Property & Casualty Agent's license.
• Three (3) or more years of Commercial lines insurance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and agency management systems; Applied Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day service for a commercial book of business (>$3,000 revenue).
• Partner with producers to develop and support service plans for key accounts.
• Prepare proposals, issue certificates, process endorsements, audits, and invoices; maintain current account tasks.
• Review policies for accuracy and agency standards; respond promptly to client questions.
• Maintain complete electronic account files and utilize the agency management system.
