• Minimum 4+ years in financial, commercial or accounting roles.
• Proficient in Sage and advanced Excel for data manipulation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem solving.

• Own monthly financial reporting for client accounts including profitability and KPIs.
• Lead and develop a remote finance team; coordinate forecasting and budgeting.
• Support contract negotiations with financial analysis and internal teams.
