Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Data Governance Lead to drive enterprise governance within the DIPS/DSG group and ensure data quality, privacy, and compliant data access for clinical trial data.

You will implement the Enterprise Data Governance Framework, collaborate with data owners across functions, and lead modernization of data platforms for analytics, AI, and regulatory submissions, while guiding colleagues and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in clinical trial data governance and statistical programming.
• Minimum 3 years in governance leadership and implementation.
• Knowledge of data privacy guidelines and regulatory submissions.
• Experience with modern data platforms and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data governance strategy and Enterprise Data Governance Framework within DIPS.
• Collaborate with data owners and partner functions on data quality and access controls.
• Oversee vendors and internal contractors; provide time/resource estimates.
• Train team members on governance topics and SOPs.
