Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Positive, team-focused, professional demeanor and appearance.
• Bondable.
• Some local travel to member sites as needed.
• Underwriting experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and credit data to assess risk for commercial lending.
• Collaborate with loan officers to evaluate borrower creditworthiness and mitigate risk.
• Prepare and maintain credit files and loan documentation throughout the application process.
• Assist in creating loan presentations and reports for internal committees.
• Support portfolio management through annual reviews, due diligence, and risk rating updates.
• Communicate with borrowers and advisors to collect financial information and clarify credit matters.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
