Exodigo, a leader in underground mapping, is seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to support US commercial activities with a focus on government contracting and regulatory compliance. This remote role involves close collaboration with teams in the United States and Israel, advising on contract lifecycle matters from bids through performance and dispute management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, deep knowledge of U.S.

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal procurement rules (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience advising on compliance across multiple U.S. states.
• Ability to identify risks and provide practical, business-focused advice.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (customer contracts, MSAs, NDAs, subcontracts).
• Advise on federal, state, and local government contracting matters and procurement rules.
• Assess solicitations, bids, and government contracts for legal/commercial risks.
• Support compliance with contracting representations, certifications, cybersecurity, and disclosures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IS teams to provide practical legal guidance.
