Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial law and U.S. government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS framework.
• Experience advising on multi-state compliance requirements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and government-related agreements.
• Advise on federal, state, and local government contracting requirements.
• Assess solicitations, RFPs, bids, and contracts for risks.
• Support compliance with procurement rules, ethics, cybersecurity, and disclosures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams.
