Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks experienced Commercial Attorneys to support a confidential Legal AI project. You will review agreements, perform redlines, and provide legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.

The role is a Contractor and remote for US-based candidates, focusing on commercial contracting and technology transactions. You will work independently in a deadline-driven environment with a focus on high-quality legal writing.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
• Experience in technology transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
