Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; college preferred.
• 5+ years banking experience in lending or collections.
• Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day portfolio of classified assets; communicate with borrowers via phone, meetings, and written correspondence.
• Document collection activities in the Fiserv Premier system.
• Negotiate settlements and modifications with borrowers; ensure approvals and proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal law, banking regulations, and bank policy.
• Coordinate transfers and liaise with attorneys, appraisers, and other outside vendors.
