Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–9 years of experience with SAP PM/PP modules.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 SAP PP/PM support for global clients in ECC and newer environments.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA and time-tracking requirements.
• Document fixes, perform unit and integration testing, and assist UAT and cutover activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients for issue replication and validation.
