Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational partner to Portfolio VPs and school leaders.
• Lead and execute cross-functional operational initiatives and school growth efforts.
• Monitor and analyze operational, financial, enrollment, and compliance data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, authorizer, and organizational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement with scalable processes, tools, and training.
• Provide guidance to School Operations Managers and staff.
