Stride, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Regional Operations to lead operational excellence across multiple schools and portfolios. You’ll partner with Portfolio VPs, school leaders, and enterprise teams to drive strategic planning, compliance, enrollment and performance initiatives.
This role focuses on scalable processes, risk mitigation, and cross-functional project leadership. Remote work open to residents nationwide (excluding Colorado); travel up to 20% may be required.
The Manager, Regional Operations serves as a senior-level operational leader responsible for supporting multiple schools and portfolios through strategic planning, operational oversight, compliance management, and cross-functional project leadership. This role partners closely with Portfolio Vice Presidents, school leaders, and enterprise departments to drive operational excellence, improve organizational effectiveness, support school performance goals, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. The position provides leadership for complex operational challenges, school growth initiatives, compliance efforts, and continuous improvement activities that impact enrollment, retention, student outcomes, and overall organizational success.

Serve as the primary operational partner to Portfolio Vice Presidents and school leaders, providing strategic guidance and support for school operations, compliance, enrollment, staffing, student services, and organizational performance. Lead and execute operational initiatives, cross-functional projects, and school growth efforts, including new school launches, expansions, and enrollment growth initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and successful implementation. Monitor and analyze operational, financial, enrollment, and compliance data to identify trends, assess risks, and develop solutions that support performance goals, student success, and organizational growth. Ensure compliance with federal, state, authorizer, and organizational requirements through policy implementation, operational reviews, risk mitigation, and audit readiness activities. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes, resolving operational challenges, and developing scalable procedures, tools, resources, and training that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders while providing leadership, functional direction, and strategic support to School Operations Managers and other operational staff. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

This position is open to residents of, and may be performed remotely from Washington, D.C., and from any state except Colorado.
Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $68,598.80 to $90,000.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
