Mitchell International is seeking an OE Collision Network Implementation Manager for a full-time remote role based in the United States. You will review applications, verify shop equipment and training, conduct virtual audits, and guide facilities on maintaining certification status.

The role emphasizes collaboration with certified networks, customer-facing tasks, and leveraging industry knowledge in a technology-driven, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-3 years in collision repair, automotive service, estimating, production management, or related field.
• Collision repair shop experience preferred; automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process certification applications from collision repair facilities.
• Verify tooling, equipment, and training against network standards.
• Conduct virtual audits and customer meetings to validate compliance.
• Manage annual certification renewals and ongoing reviews.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and other systems.
• Serve as primary contact for certification requirements and network participation.
• Partner with internal teams to support network growth and success initiatives.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.
