Job summary

Akira Technologies is seeking a Collibra Platform Engineer to support the OCC in administering, configuring, integrating, and sustaining the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform in a multi-environment FedRAMP SaaS deployment. The role spans Linux and Windows environments and includes platform integrations, metadata harvesting, and data lineage.

The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person OCC meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on Collibra experience.
Must have Collibra Solution Architect or Collibra Ranger certification.
Experience administering Collibra in multi-environment implementations.
Experience implementing or modifying Collibra operating models.
Hands-on experience with Collibra Workflow Designer and Workflow Manager for Eclipse.
Experience with Collibra Edge, metadata harvesting, and data lineage.
Experience with Collibra Jobserver.
Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting JDK-based microservices.
Experience with REST APIs, logging, exception handling, coding, and integration testing.
Experience maintaining software components on Linux and Windows.
Experience managing certificates, secrets, and service-account credentials.
Experience with source-code management and Agile work-item management platforms.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, maintain, and support Collibra across environments.
Implement and modify Collibra operating models, workflows, and platform configurations.
Develop and maintain workflows using Collibra Workflow Designer and Workflow Manager for Eclipse.
Configure and support Collibra Edge, including metadata harvesting and data lineage.
Administer and support Collibra Jobserver.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot JDK-based microservices.
Develop and integrate REST APIs, including coding, logging, and testing.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software components in Linux and Windows.
Manage certificates, secrets, and service-account credentials.
Use SCM and Agile work-item platforms to support development and maintenance.
Collaborate with teams and customers to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
Document configurations, processes, integrations, and procedures.
