Job summary

Groundswell, a premier technology integrator serving federal agencies, seeks a hands-on Collibra Developer in the Washington, DC area. You will design, implement, and optimize governance, metadata management, and data catalogs across Collibra and Databricks landscapes.

You will collaborate with data governance, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, develop integration workflows, and support production operations in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years hands-on Collibra development experience.
• Experience with Collibra DGC and Edge.
• Databricks or similar data platforms experience.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/Java).
• Public Trust eligibility for US government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and enhance the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.
• Develop and maintain workflows and BPMN-based automation.
• Integrate Collibra with Databricks for metadata ingestion, cataloging, and lineage.
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, engineers, and SMEs to translate requirements.
• Support testing, deployments, platform upgrades, and production operations.
