Assurant is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team. The role starts with paid training in our Bothell, WA area and transitions to remote work after completion, with a 100‑mile residency requirement.

You will learn state and federal laws related to collections, use our software, and develop negotiation and dispute-resolution skills aimed at resolving debt while preserving customer service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn state and federal debt collection laws.
• Comfort with online training and performance-based targets.

• Locate and contact former tenants to determine best course of action for debt.
