• 1+ years of major medical insurance collections or home infusion billing experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to work full-time with flexible shifts during CST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Review open AR and prioritize collection activities.
• Develop payer relationships to obtain remits and resolve root causes.
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on invoices.
• Document key accounts and monitor trends and adjustments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
