Job summary

QGenda is seeking a motivated Collections Analyst I to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Collections Manager, this role supports the collection of outstanding accounts receivable while delivering exceptional service to healthcare clients.

You will partner with internal teams to resolve payment issues, research discrepancies, and improve cash collections in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, or related area.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and monitor balances.
• Contact customers via phone and email regarding overdue invoices.
• Review aging reports and prioritize collection activity.
• Research billing questions and discrepancies with internal teams.
• Document collection activity in Intacct and other systems.
• Assist with reconciliations and broader AR activities as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records and meet collection goals.
• Suggest improvements to collections processes.
