Soleo Health is seeking a Collection Specialist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in a remote, nationwide capacity. The role focuses on accounts receivable, proactive collections, and ensuring timely payments across multiple sites.

Candidates should have home infusion experience and 1–3+ years in collections, plus knowledge of HCPCS coding, CPR+ and Waystar systems. Strong math and written communication skills are essential, with competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have home infusion experience and acute/specialty infusion background.
• 1-3 years or more of strong collections experience.
• Knowledge of HCPCS coding and medical terminology.
• CPR+ and Waystar systems experience preferred.
• Excellent math and writing skills; strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research balances and take necessary collection actions to resolve promptly.
• Make routine collection calls on outstanding claims and escalate as needed.
• Document clear notes in company software and follow up with payers.
• Ensure claims are on file after initial submission and manage appeals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
