Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent psychiatrists to collaborate with and supervise PMHNPs via secure telehealth. This nationwide, remote, part-time contractor role combines flexible scheduling with meaningful clinical responsibility within a modern clinical organization.

You will provide responsive clinical guidance, perform chart reviews, and mentor clinicians while ensuring high‑quality care and ethical prescribing practices. Compensation reflects workload and earned responsibility.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing remote care and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMHNPs to supervise and guide care via secure telehealth workflows.
• Conduct chart reviews and provide timely guidance on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances where permitted.
• Be available during agreed working hours and support PMHNP shifts as required by state rules.
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce Legion's clinical standards and prescribing protocols.
• Help Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care across the United States.
