Legion Health is a nationwide, remote psychiatry group seeking collaborating psychiatrists to supervise PMHNPs via telehealth. The role combines clinical autonomy with strong operational support and a flexible, part‑time contractor arrangement.

The ideal candidate provides expert medical guidance, conducts chart reviews, and makes prescribing decisions where legally permitted, ensuring high-quality patient care while expanding access across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Mentor PMHNPs and provide guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances where permitted.
• Provide clinical mentorship and ensure adherence to Legion's standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs to expand access to high-quality psychiatric care nationwide.
• Be available during agreed working hours and respond to clinical escalations as needed.
