Job summary

Urrly, Inc. seeks a Georgia-based Collaborating Physician to provide clinical oversight for Nurse Practitioners serving Medicaid, Medicare, and dual-eligible populations.

This is a flexible, remote, part-time 1099 engagement with minimal administrative burden and meaningful clinical impact. You'll lead NP collaboration, chart reviews, regulatory guidance, and payer compliance, while supporting Georgia programs and credentialing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license.
• Board Certification in a related specialty.
• Residence in Georgia with active practice.
• Experience collaborating with Nurse Practitioners.
• Knowledge of Georgia physician collaboration and advanced practice regulations.
• Experience caring for Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Collaborating Physician for Georgia Nurse Practitioners.
• Provide clinical consultation, treatment guidance, and oversight support.
• Support care for Medicaid, Medicare, and dual-eligible populations.
• Conduct chart reviews and other clinical oversight activities.
• Review clinical protocols and quality initiatives.
• Help ensure regulatory and payer compliance, including Georgia physician collaboration and advanced practice requirements.
• Support credentialing, audits, and compliance readiness as needed.
• Be available for consultation through approved communication channels.
