Reel Recruit Ltd. is seeking a 100% remote, self-employed caller for a 3-month contract. You will perform outbound B2B calls, follow a script, and book meetings, logging each interaction in our CRM. Aiming for high daily call volumes, you can earn a competitive day rate with performance bonuses.

Ideal candidates have cold calling or telesales experience, strong English, and can work UK/US hours. You’ll need a laptop, headset, quiet workspace, and reliable internet, with onboarding provided.

Qualifications

• Cold calling or telesales experience, B2B preferred.
• Fluent, clear spoken English.
• Available 9am to 5pm, UK or US hours depending on the campaign.
• Your own laptop, headset and a stable internet connection.
• A quiet place to work, free of background noise.

You'll be one of our callers. The job is simple. Call businesses from a list we give you. Get the right person on the phone. Book them in for a meeting. Log it. Next call.

100 plus calls a day. Most calls are a no. The people who do well here are high energy, thick skinned and like being paid for results.
