Job summary

Maximus seeks Cognitive Enhancement Practitioners (CEP) to support development, implementation, and management of cognitive performance programs for SOF personnel. You will provide evidence-based instruction in adaptive thinking, sleep, emotional regulation, neurofeedback, brain mapping, and related assessments to enhance focus and performance.

Role requires U.S. citizenship and an active or eligible Secret security clearance, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with mission units and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCSW or clinical neuropsychology license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of post-doctoral experience in performance psychology or related field.
• Experience with military/tactical populations preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and security clearance requirements for contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CEP employees and ensure high performance.
• Provide evidence-based training in cognitive performance and related areas.
• Develop training materials and coordinate with unit leadership.
• Document services in enterprise platforms as directed.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings as needed.
