Job summary

Maximus seeks Cognitive Enhancement Practitioners to lead training and management of cognitive performance programs for SOF personnel. You will deliver evidence-based instruction in adaptive thinking, sleep, regulation, and neurofeedback to optimize performance under stress.

Positions depend on contract award. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance or eligibility are required. Home-office remote role, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• Current LCSW or LMSW with license valid in the state of practice.
• Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field with performance psychology specialization; active license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CEP practitioners and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Serve as subject matter expert for program knowledge and CEP initiatives.
• Develop training materials and supervise CEP training priorities.
• Provide cognitive performance coaching and biofeedback as directed.
• Document services in HP enterprise-wide platforms as required.
• Perform related duties as assigned by leadership.
