Job summary

The Nectar Group is seeking a Remote Cognitive & Academic Coach to support students (K–12 and adults) across the U.S. in a flexible, part-time W2 role. You’ll work within our neuroscience-based curriculum, coaching cognitive skills and study habits from your home office, with secure video coaching and adjustable hours.

We offer a supportive team, ongoing CE opportunities, and a growth path toward full-time leadership roles. Minimum commitment is three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, OT, or related field.
• Must live in the United States.
• Experience with children and/or adult learners of all abilities.
• Available a minimum of three days per week — daytime, after-school, or weekend hours.
• Pass a background check and have positive reference checks.
• Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must have a professional, distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching in cognitive skills, academics, study habits, and emotional regulation.
• Follow and adapt our structured curriculum to individual client needs.
• Build rapport and motivate students toward long-term success.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
