Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional service/physician coding experience required.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and compliance standards.
• Ability to develop and deliver educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical record audits to ensure compliance.
• Provide direct coding and documentation support.
• Analyze coding data and collaborate with leadership.

Skills

Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding guidelines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Science or related field

Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
