Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a System Coding Manager to lead the coding operations across the revenue cycle for Munson Healthcare, ensuring timely and accurate coding for facility billing and quality metrics.

You will supervise coding staff, align with broader revenue cycle goals, and collaborate with HIM, coding and CDI leadership to ensure data integrity and training. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.
• Bachelor Degree in Health Information Management (HIM) is required.
• Current RHIT or RHIA certification required; CCS/CIC a plus.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience or coding leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to AHIMA Code of Ethics and coding policy (ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT-4).
• Develops goals, objectives and productivity targets; monitors progress.
• Oversees department budget with variances limited to +/-2%.
• Coordinates coding team daily operations and workflows.
• Develops and administers coding policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with federal/local regulations and revenue cycle objectives.
• Promotes coding operations and collaborates with related departments.
