Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking skilled engineers to join a fully remote, part-time team. You will create and review realistic coding tasks for AI coding systems, and judge how the AI handles them on your own schedule.

Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures in Python/Java/Rust/C++/Go/TypeScript is required, with fluent English and clear communication. You’ll work under 20 hours weekly, earning $50–$100 per hour per accepted task as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Develop coding tasks and review them for coverage of real software development problems.
• Troubleshoot bugs across Python, Java, Rust, C++, Go and TypeScript codebases, then fix them.
• Assess model outputs and provide annotated feedback on correctness and reasoning.
