Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking remote contractors to create and review AI coding tasks on your own schedule. You’ll evaluate coding problems, judge AI responses, and provide technical reasoning to help improve future models.

Work is fully remote and flexible, with under 20 hours weekly. You choose when to work, and earn $50–$100 per hour for your engineering judgment, applying strong algorithms and language skills (Python, Java, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript) with fluent English.

What you'll do

• Develop coding tasks and review them for coverage of real software development problems

• Assess model outputs, check code for correctness, and provide clear annotations, technical reasoning and feedback
