Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on mainframe development experience.
• Experience with core banking modules such as deposits, loans, ledgers and tax systems.
• Experience with Endevor, Xpediter, and Easytrieve.
• Knowledge of CICS and IMS preferred.
• Able to analyze requirements and deliver production support in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, test, and maintain mainframe applications supporting core banking operations.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective mainframe solutions.
• Develop and support batch processing jobs using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and other mainframe technologies.
• Perform code debugging, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders to implement system enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and deployment activities.
