Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (early childhood or education).
• Experience coordinating with child care providers and documenting cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote or face-to-face coaching to Early Learning Programs (ELPs).
• Help ELPs attain or maintain Texas Rising Star certification.
• Develop and implement CQIPs with providers to improve quality.
• Maintain accurate provider case files and documentation.
• Deliver professional development experiences for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with administrators and teachers to interpret data for growth.
