Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals Inc is seeking a Professional Sales Representative in Birmingham West, AL to meet quarterly sales objectives and implement strategic plans within the assigned territory. The role requires building relationships with physicians, delivering product information, and ensuring compliant sales practices while traveling five days a week in the territory.

Qualifications

2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint).
Documented sales results and awards/achievements.

Responsibilities

Meets all quarterly sales objectives for Supernus products within designated territory.
Implements marketing and sales strategies as directed.
Participates in off-site sales meetings and training programs as required.
Demonstrates mastery of selling skills as outlined in training and action plans.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Supernus products, competitors and services.
Maintains up-to-date call records for physicians and other key customers.
Follows company policies for distribution of marketing material and samples.
Submits reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
Develops and maintains a physician universe and territory plan for coverage.
