Job summary

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. seeks an on-call Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) in San Diego, CA to support Level 2 assessments for DoD cybersecurity programs. This part-time role conducts reviews, interviews, and evidence validation, with flexible scheduling and travel to client facilities as needed.

The assessor must bring deep experience with NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 2 and related CAP processes, plus a track record in producing defensible assessment reports and maintaining professional

Qualifications

• Two years of cybersecurity experience with at least one year performing security control assessments or audits.
• Active CMMC Assessor (CCA) certification in good standing and CCP credential.
• Compliance with ethics, impartiality and conflict-of-interest obligations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Certified Assessor on CMMC Level 2 assessment teams under the direction of a Lead CMMC Certified Assessor.
