Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a skilled professional to manage the Medical Staff Education Committee and oversee CME programs. You will handle notifications, agendas and documentation while ensuring ACCME accreditation and compliance across the full continuum from application to evaluation.

You will track CME funds, coordinate credentialing with insurance carriers, and keep physicians informed on standards and relicensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of educational program development.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Well developed communication, both verbal and written.
• Computer skills, which include prior use of word processing, email and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Medical Staff Education Committee including member notifications, agenda preparation and minute documentation.
• Oversee local and national CME programs ensuring accreditation standards from application to evaluation.
• Track and manage all CME funds including commercial support to ensure ACCME compliance.
• Update Medical Staff Physicians on current standards, changes, and relicensure requirements.
• Coordinate mandatory CME requirements for physicians and maintain CME history and documentation.
