Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a dedicated professional to manage the Medical Staff Education Committee and coordinate all CME activities, ensuring accreditation and compliance from start to finish. You will support physician relicensure and maintain records for audits, while coordinating local and national CME programs.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in accredited CME environments.

Qualifications

• Experience administering accredited continuing medical education (CME) programs.
• Knowledge of CME accreditation requirements and the ability to maintain documentation for accreditation and audits.
• Strong tracking and recordkeeping skills for education activity, attendance, evaluation, and physician credit records.
• Ability to manage the full administrative cycle of an education program from planning to delivery, evaluation and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Medical Staff Education Committee including member notifications, agenda preparation and minute documentation.
• Oversee local and national CME programs ensuring accreditation standards from application to evaluation.
• Update Medical Staff Physicians on current standards, changes and relicensure requirements.
• Coordinate all Physician CME activities and maintain CME provider accreditation with the AOA.
