Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a CMC Project Manager/Senior CMC Project Manager, Research & Development, to lead cross-functional CMC planning across vaccine development. Fully remote within the United States, with 10–20% travel to domestic and international sites.

You will translate development strategy into schedules, budgets, milestones, and actionable deliverables, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with program objectives and commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific/engineering/pharma field or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience, especially in vaccine/biologic development.
• Experience leading complex multi-year programs with multiple partners and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day CMC project planning and execution across internal teams, CMOs, CROs, and labs.
• Translate strategy into integrated schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish project controls: logs, risk registers, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
