SteadyMD is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join a collaborative care team supporting telehealth services across client programs. The CMA will handle high-volume outbound calls, patient communication, and care coordination with clinicians as needed.

Responsibilities include chart reviews, medication coordination, lab result callbacks, and asynchronous messaging support. Remote part-time schedule with weekend availability, in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Certified Medical Assistant with knowledge of HIPAA and patient rights.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in primary care.
• At least 1 year of experience in telehealth is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems.
• Managerial or lead CMA experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound patient calls related to lab results and follow-up across client programs.
• Manage call volume and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy.
• Respond to asynchronous patient messages and provide guidance within protocols.
• Triage and escalate to licensed clinicians when needed.
• Coordinate next steps, labs, referrals, and care follow-up.
• Prepare patient charts for clinician visits; coordinate medication-related tasks.
